Approach & Coverage Philosophy
I specialize in documenting multi-day conferences, retreats, and corporate events where reliability, consistency, and clarity are critical.
Based on my experience, this retreat includes structured programming, group activities, and shared experiences designed to strengthen connection among attendees. My role is to document these moments in a way that supports marketing, internal communications, and future promotions without disrupting the flow of the event.

• Clean coverage of speakers and programmed sessions
• Natural, candid moments between attendees
• Group and environment imagery that reflects the destination
• Consistent visual delivery across all event days

Multi-day conference coverage with speakers, attendees, and branded environments
Project Timeline
Simple, clean flow:
- Proposal approval and booking confirmation
- Pre-event coordination and run-of-show review
- On-site event coverage across scheduled days
- Post-production and color-consistent editing
- Final gallery delivery
Delivery Window:
Final images delivered within 5–7 business days following the event unless expedited delivery is requested.
TERMS + SIGNATURE
Include:
• Payment schedule (50% retainer to book, balance due prior to event)
• Cancellation / reschedule policy
• Travel covered by client
Images may be used by the client for:
- Marketing and promotional materials
- Internal communications
- Digital and social media use
*Any expanded or commercial licensing beyond standard event usage can be discussed if needed.
